Low Season:  After Labor Day to January 31

Mid-Season:  February 1 to May 15, Thanksgiving, Holidays & Special Events

Peak Season:  May 16 to Labor Day

Personal Check, Money Order, or Credit Card through Pay Pal.

DEPOSITS

50% deposit is required to hold your dates

A $100 refundable damage deposit on seven days or less

A $200 refundable damage deposit on more than seven days

REFUNDS

If cancellation becomes necessary for any reason and it is prior to 30 days, then a full refund will be returned.

If less than 30 days notice of cancellation is given, then 1/2 of the rental rate will be lost unless property is rented for same dates.  If less than seven days notice of cancellation is received, then all of rental rate will be lost.  Damage deposit will be returned in the event of cancellation.
